I was so impressed with the Professional Bartender Program and the instructors’
vast knowledge of the Spirits Industry, that I am now interested in expanding my
skills by participating in some courses from your Craft-Beer and Wine Academy.
Especially enjoyed the hands-on approach that was part of all of my class
sessions. All the practice really helped to make the learning stick. The
Interviewing Workshop that was included was a refreshing take on how to put all of
our new skills to good use. I’ve got a few job prospects lined up and am
interested in starting my own Pro Bartender Event Service. For now, thank-you all
and I’ll be looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Was more than satisfied with the all of the instructional materials that came with
the course. Plenty of good info that will be used to perform on my new job at the
Youngstown Country Club. The TIPS and the Job-Interviewing workshops we’re real
bonuses and made it east to interview at the upscale places. I made use of the
easy pay as you go plan which made it possible for me and my friends to attend.
In all, I’m very pleased and very confident with my new skills that will be used at
my new job at the Country Club.

The quality of this program was great. Very well taught, good information, and lots
of practice. I liked that the instructors had a good sense of humor and were

I’m a college student and I feel that the money that I invested into my training
with Wines, Steins and Cocktails to become a Professional Bartender was well worth
it. The instructors who conducted the course were there early and stayed late for
anyone who had questions or wanted to practice more to develop their mixing skills.
I took the 36 hour program, but came for at least another 7 hours extra at no
charge. Wish I had such energetic classes in college. So much fun and so much
practice, the time passed so fast. Learned much and can see myself working in a
number of hot-spots around town. I have friends that have taken this class and
they are working jobs where they really roll in the cash. I’m especially looking
forward to working at the beach this summer, so things are definitely moving in the
