I checked into a number of bartender schools and Wines, Steins and Cocktails is by
far the best. Not only did they deliver on their promise to teach the trade all
hands-on and to a level that ensures success to all those who put their
recommendations to use, but they accomplished doing it for less than half the cost
of other bartender programs and provided the training close to where I live.
Everything was professional from the get go. The books and supplies were A-1, the
amount of practice was phenomenal, and the interviewing and job work-shop was a
bonus. I especially appreciated the pay as you go plan for without it I wouldn’t
have been able to take the program. Thank-you

This letter is in appreciation to Wines, Steins & Cocktails for providing superb
training and support for your graduates, one of whom we hired directly out of your
program at our establishment, Old 97 Cafe, in Akron, OH. Allegra was professional
from the get-go. She has excellent mixology skills and is a joy to have as our lead
bartender. It was apparent from the onset that her training was a part of her
confidence in creating new and unique cocktails for our guests. Many thanks to you
and your staff for providing the opportunity for our people to acquire the
expertise needed to excel on the job and for continuing to create so many talented
bartenders in the Northeast Ohio area.

Interesting program with outstanding instructors, materials and teaching methods
for anyone who is serious about becoming a Professional Bartender. This course
will teach you everything, from how to build great drinks and serving up classic
cocktails to wine and craft beer, to how to really interview and get a great paying
job. Simply nuts and bolts, hands-on training that will prepare you to confidently
shine on the job. My pleasure to have taken part. Thank-you for sharing your
expertise.

Found everything about this course to be incredibly useful. The information
presented and the training manuals are current and up to date. The practice
sessions are very lively and taught by gentlemen who are pleased to see you learn.
Your vision to achieve is their intention. If you had questions or needed
assistance, they were right on it. I really appreciated the attention and the fact
that all the instructors and their company were confident enough of their ability
to offer an easy pay as you go plan. This was a real winner in my book, because it
made it possible for me and a number of my classmates the opportunity to take part
in such a fine program. I can’t say enough about this great learning experience
that I will be putting to use shortly on my new job.

The quality of the Professional Bartender Hospitality Training Program was first
class all the way. The instructors, teaching methods and bartender manuals were
excellent. Instructors presented all the learning in a hands-on fashion that
emphasized a considerable amount of actual mixing practice and quite of bit of
review each session. Interviewing, customer service, inventory selection, craftbeer,
wine, and operating your own bartender-event service were other valuable
topics that were all discussed in great detail. I’m very pleased with the level of
professionalism that I have acquired and am well satisfied with my learning
experience. I recommend this program to any one who wants to learn Professional
Bartending and for those who would like to excel in the hospitality trade.

Excellent class! The instructors made each session interesting and enjoyable.
Very knowledgeable fellows. I participated in the Professional Bartender Plus
Program: Mixology, TIPS and Flair-Bartending, approximately 46 hours of hands-on
instruction and practice. The training for each program was right on target. I
learned a lot and the time passed quickly. Have my eyes on working at Put-In-Bay
this summer and feel I’m ready to give it a go. I’m confident that I’ll perform
well in any situation. Thanks WSC.
